Position Title: Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive the recruitment of new affiliates through various online channels. In this role, you will oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, explore emerging digital trends to enhance acquisition strategies, and build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing affiliates.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Recruitment and Strategy Development: Identify, develop, and implement strategies for acquiring new affiliates in the Indonesian market.
2. Affiliate Marketing Execution: Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, revenue, and brand visibility.
3. Affiliate Onboarding and Retention: Conduct daily calls and engage with new affiliates through social messaging apps to ensure successful onboarding and retention.
4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze affiliate performance data to ensure alignment with company objectives.
5. Data-Driven Recommendations: Review data insights to provide strategic recommendations for discovering new affiliate opportunities.
6. Affiliate Management: Communicate with both new and existing affiliates to ensure their activities align with brand requirements.
7. Support and Strategy Advice: Address affiliate inquiries and provide guidance on marketing strategies to support brand growth.
8. Trend Exploration and Content Generation: Explore new trends and initiatives to promote user-generated content, enhancing affiliate performance.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or the online gaming industry.
3. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the sports product market in Indonesia.
4. Language Skills: Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
5. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of CMS and paid traffic dashboards.
