Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any related majors.
3-5 years working experience in digital marketing (Fashion industry) and hands-on experience with multiple digital ads, including CPAS, META ADS (Facebook/Instagram ads), TIKTOK ADS, and GOOGLE ADS.
Experience in managing and optimizing paid channels.
Detail- and data-oriented with in-depth knowledge about cost per click, cost per conversion, and marketing targeting concepts.
Responsibilities:
Create a strategy and plan, measure, and report the performance of the ads campaign on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Provide insights, recommendations, and next steps, while managing budgets each month for campaign efficiency.
Evaluate key performance metrics, execute tests (creatives, channels, media products), and optimize accordingly to achieve ROAS and growth targets. Identify optimization opportunities using data and provide daily/weekly/monthly/after campaign reports for the ads campaign.
Assist in managing the digital campaign plan and ensure budget allocation is spent optimally across digital channels.
