Manage and optimize paid ads across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or a similar role
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms
Proficient in campaign management, audience targeting, keyword research, and budget optimization
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking platforms
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and generate insights
Ability to create compelling ad copies, visuals, and A/B test different ad creatives
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and sales teams
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
