Responsible for reception business management, including full follow-up and explanation of the reception, ensuring seamless connection of all aspects of the reception and establishing a good corporate image;
Responsible for the establishment, optimization and improvement of reception business rules, procedures and standards;
Responsible for reception line development and optimization;
Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of reception resources such as catering, accommodation, and tourism;
Responsible for assisting in the planning, organization and specific execution of administrative affairs, business travel, major events and daily activities;
Visa processing and renewal for factory personnel, account establishment and related payment matters;
Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors or work that requires assistance from other departments.
