Administrative Executive, Corporate Communications

Our client is seeking an Administrative Executive, Corporate Communications to join their team!

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences? Join this exciting role where you'll coordinate company visits, manage events, and support various administrative functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail while contributing to a dynamic work environment.

What you'll be doing?

  1. Coordinate company visits: Facilitate smooth and positive experiences for schools, business partners, and government agencies visiting the company.
  2. Manage schedules: Maintain an organized calendar of visits and events, while overseeing important databases such as visitor records and photo libraries.
  3. Prepare for visitors: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designated areas are ready and all necessary arrangements are in place for visitors.
  4. Support company events: Provide administrative assistance for various corporate gatherings, including conferences, trade shows, and CSR initiatives.
  5. Develop company materials: Assist in creating and updating brochures, presentations, and event-related collateral to showcase the company's offerings.
  6. Foster workplace culture: Support internal engagement efforts by coordinating activities that promote a positive and inclusive environment.
  7. Track event outcomes: Document and analyze event attendance, feedback, and results to continuously improve future initiatives.
  8. Handle office administration: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing general office tasks and providing additional administrative support as needed.

Who are they looking for?

  1. Educational background: A diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  2. Administrative experience: Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred but no experience welcome.
  3. Organizational prowess: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  5. Self-motivated individual: Proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools, with event coordination experience being a plus.
  7. Creative skills: Experience in graphic design, photography, or video production would be advantageous but is not required.
