Job description

As an Administration Staff, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes while providing excellent support to customers. Your primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient service. In addition to customer-related tasks, you are expected to be flexible and willing to take on other administrative duties to support the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication platforms.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and efficient support.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are processed efficiently.
  4. Ensure customer and transaction data are accurately recorded and well-organized in the system.
  5. Assist with invoicing, document verification, and administrative reporting.
  6. Actively support team operations, including additional administrative tasks as required.
  7. Proactively seek opportunities to learn new skills and expand knowledge to contribute more effectively to the team.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in administration or customer handling is a plus.
  2. Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital administrative systems.
  4. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  5. Able to work in a team and adapt to various administrative tasks.
