Job Description
Office Management: Responsible for the daily management of the office, office environment, vehicles, property management, and fixed asset management.
Administrative expense management: Handling travelling expenses, office supplies accounting, and reimbursement.
Company's management system: Managing staff attendance and leave system.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university in Indonesia.
At least 5 years of administrative experience. Previous experience in Indonesian state-owned enterprises is preferred.
Able to adapt to domestic as well as international travelling.
Familiar with Indonesian labour law and local legal affairs. Localised communication skills and ability to manage multicultural teams are required.
Excellent oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
