Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor expenditures.
Forecast cash flow needs, manage capital and liquidity, and develop financial strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
Implement and optimize administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
Encourage cross-functional teamwork between accounting, finance, and administration to support organizational success.
Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing administrative assessments.
Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support decision-making and long-term planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA/CA qualification is a plus.
Accounting background is advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and administration, with at least 4 - 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, make strategic decisions, and drive results.
Experience working in a multinational company.
Fluent in English is a must.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
