ADMIN WAREHOUSE

About the role

As an Admin Warehouse for PT Abel Grup Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our warehousing and distribution facilities in Jakarta. What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking of goods received, stored, and dispatched
• Assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Performing data entry tasks and generating various reports to provide insights into warehouse operations
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to address any discrepancies or issues that arise
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to warehousing and distribution
• Providing administrative support to the wider logistics team as needed

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong proficiency in data entry and the use of warehouse management software or ERP systems
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Familiarity with warehousing and distribution processes, including inventory management and order fulfillment
