Admin support specialist ( Admin Social Media )

Job Description:

1. Design and set up innovative communication strategies specifically tailored for our merchants both within the app and on social media platforms.
2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication.
3. Maintain professional relationships with our merchants, understanding their needs and addressing their queries effectively.
4. Generate engaging content for in-app notifications, announcements, and social media posts.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary improvements.
6. Ensure all communications are in line with the company’s brand image and guidelines.

Criteria:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor in any field, preferably specialized in Journalism/Communication.
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Bahasa & English.
3. Experience and passion in writing content and social media content.
4. Creative-minded.
5. Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and demonstrate initiative.
6. Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and skilled in design using tools like Canva or Photoshop.

1. Proven track record of building engaging communication strategies.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in using social media platforms for business.
