Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for all purchase related documents and goods.
  2. Communicate with suppliers regarding incoming goods and delivery.
  3. Ensure the item purchased is in accordance with the PO and invoice.
  4. Ensure all import documents comply with government regulations and requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  1. Age: 24 - 45 years old.
  2. Education: Senior High School / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any major.
  3. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  4. Minimum 2 years of experience as Purchasing Import Staff.
  5. Understanding of Purchasing flow.
  6. Able to operate accurate systems & MS Office.
  7. Good reporting & document filing skills.
  8. Careful and diligent.
  9. Able to organize strategy & planning.
  10. High initiative, logical thinking, & communication skills.
  11. Able to work under pressure, result-oriented & hardworking.
  12. Able to work both individually & in a team.

Applicant must be willing to work in Sunter, North Jakarta.
