Assists on Report Tracking & Monitoring

• Prepare daily report to franchisee, keep track and monitor closely on all franchise franchise meeting report by providing data and meeting template to franchisee in order to ensure accuracy in franchisee meeting report.

Communication & Interactive Management

• Assist HOD to update FR Smartship by uploading latest FR information in order to ensure it is received by Franchisee & other departments.

Payment & Collections

• Prepare payment by compiling all documents and prepare agreement by collecting relevant documents and obtaining signature from all parties in order to ensure the validity of the agreement.

To Assist on Contract Driver

• Prepare CDRV attendance report to LO Head by requesting data from IT department.
• Renew the CDRV agreement by obtaining LO Head advice in order to get stamping for the agreement to be done.

Requirement

• Able to work independently.
• Degree in Franchise Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
