Responsibilities
Business Correspondence & Typing for Business Email, Visa Sponsor, Renewal Forms of Company Documents, etc.
Payment Record & Recap Expenses/Reimbursements.
WHT & Tax Recap Submission to Consultants.
Procurement for Office & Pantry Supplies.
Familiar with Office Equipments & Maintenance.
Driver Scheduling and Car Operational Matters.
Support Travel Arrangements.
Receiving Calls, Filing Documents.
Any ad hoc office matters to support.
Requirements
University or College/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related fields from reputable universities.
Min. 2 years of experience in Department Administration, Project Admin, HR & GA, Office support/Accounting.
A candidate with Japanese literacy is a plus.
A fast learner with an excellent work ethic and discipline.
Detail-oriented, Team Support and Multi-tasking.
