Job description

Responsibilities

  • Business Correspondence & Typing for Business Email, Visa Sponsor, Renewal Forms of Company Documents, etc.
  • Payment Record & Recap Expenses/Reimbursements.
  • WHT & Tax Recap Submission to Consultants.
  • Procurement for Office & Pantry Supplies.
  • Familiar with Office Equipments & Maintenance.
  • Driver Scheduling and Car Operational Matters.
  • Support Travel Arrangements.
  • Receiving Calls, Filing Documents.
  • Any ad hoc office matters to support.

Requirements

  • University or College/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related fields from reputable universities.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Department Administration, Project Admin, HR & GA, Office support/Accounting.
  • A candidate with Japanese literacy is a plus.
  • A fast learner with an excellent work ethic and discipline.
  • Detail-oriented, Team Support and Multi-tasking.
