Accounts Manager

1) With experience to handle full set of accounts independently at least 5 years.

2) Handle AP & AR and all bank related transactions.

3) Overseeing the daily activities of the accounts & admin department and ensuring that all required daily & monthly reports are completed accurately and on time.

4) Cash flow management & projection.

5) Financial reports analysis and creating reports for management, stakeholders and external parties.

6) Coordinating with statutory boards & agencies, external auditor & tax consultant.

7) Payroll management.

Job Requirements

1) Degree in accounting/finance or related field.

2) Able to work independently with experience to lead the accounts team for more than 3 years.

3) Experience in management, accounting, or related field may be preferred.

4) Good communication skills (in English) are preferred.

5) Familiarity with good knowledge and experience in Indonesia local audit & tax regulations and all mandatory statutory filing and reports.

6) Experience in handling payroll is required.

7) Candidates with experience in handling shipping accounts and shipping knowledge will have an added advantage.

Salary Range: IDR 15.000.000 (commensurate with working experience and qualifications).

Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM.
