Job Description

  • Generate invoices along with the tax invoices on a daily basis
  • Send invoices along with the supporting documents to customer via email and post
  • Send monthly statement of account to customers and follow up the payment from customers
  • Create PR in the system for non-stock items purchase
  • Check invoices and supporting documents from vendor
  • Manage petty cash transactions
  • Filing and documentation
  • Support the closing of accounts at the end of the month and year
  • Handle the logistic administrative tasks such as loading and uploading of cargo, coordinating customer deliveries and conducting warehouse stock take.
  • Coordination of import and export activities. Any ad hoc task assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in invoicing, accounts, or administrative support.
  • Experience in logistics, import/export coordination, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with tax regulations and invoice processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and filing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
