Accounting Staff

Are you currently an Associate Junior Auditor or Junior Auditor who aspires to work in an accounting role in a company instead? We are seeking talent like you.

Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
2. FG or Min 1-2 years of experience in the accounting field - experience in big 10 / KAP / corporate preferred.
3. Experience in finance audit would be an advantage.
4. Financial Accounting Standard (PSAK, ISAK).
5. Strong basic knowledge in accounting.
6. Fixed Asset & Inventory Accounting.
7. Reconciliation and Analysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Inputting accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
2. Executing data entry, compiling, and submitting information into the accounting system, and maintaining financial information for financial reports and/or financial services.
3. Checking and validating accounting transactions according to procedures and guidelines.
4. Executing the accounting records filing system and documentation.
5. Checking and following up on the filing system regularly to ensure accuracy and orderliness.
6. Assisting seniors in preparing the financial statement disclosure amount according to assigned accounts.
7. Tracking and gathering transactional accounts and costs/expenses per period.
8. Executing the reconciliation process as per standards and procedures.
9. Preparing ad hoc reports for superiors or other users as requested with speed and accuracy.
10. Supporting administrative duties for division project implementation.
