Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring all data are accurately entered
2. Ensuring availability of financial reports on time
3. Ensuring statement of disbursement for each vessel is well-prepared
4. Ensuring vessel cost is precise and accurate
5. Ensuring entry gain on disbursement is correct
6. Monitoring and recording billing process and settlement from third parties
7. Checking data to be entered
8. Journal entry all data on B-One
9. Preparing tax report
10. Recording and analyzing vessel activities report
11. Analyzing vessel cost according to supporting documents with precise and accurate calculation
12. Checking list of vessel cost
13. Preparing Statement of Disbursement (SOD)
14. Coordinating with related parties regarding finishing of SOD
15. Sending SOD to Principal
16. Responding to complaints from General Agent/Principal
17. Copying and filing all related supporting documents
18. Preparing payment and receivable voucher of cash and bank
19. Copying and filing payment and receivable voucher of cash & bank
20. Issuing faktur pajak via e-faktur
21. Filing documents related to disbursement
