Accounting Senior Officer

We are looking for an immediate start, so please only apply if you are available now and willing to work on-site (Tokyo Hub PIK2).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• At least 4 years of working experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role.
• Good knowledge of enterprise accounting & tax policy, costing, financial management, internal control, plant operation, goal management, and production.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Sheets, especially all formulas related to MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills required to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Certified in Brevet A & B (preferable).
• Experience working with Microsoft Nav (Navision) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
• Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
• Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks in order to provide recommendations.
• Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.
• Willing to work on-site at our HO (Tokyo Hub PIK 2).
