Accounting Manager - Manufacture - Karawang (C-117724)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Accounting Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc).
2. Lead and oversee Accounting Department, ensuring efficient financial operations and reporting.
3. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company long-term business goals.
4. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reports for management review.
5. Manage cost accounting and financial planning for manufacturing and marketing operations.
6. Monitor cash flow, financial risk, and capital management to ensure optimal financial health.
7. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business decision making.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to optimize financial performance.
9. Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
10. Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Min. 2 years of experience as Manager in Japanese Manufacturing company.
3. Conversational level of English.
4. Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems), advanced Excel skills.
5. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
