Accounting Manager (FAT & Costing) - Manufacture - Kendal (C-112212)

• The working venue is in Kendal, Central Java.
• Our client is a Multinational Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Accounting (FAT & Costing) Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting team, supervise and improve performance.
• Ensure accuracy and review of financial reports and journals.
• Oversee cost accounting, expense management, and cost analysis.
• Calculate company costs (management, production, etc.), record detailed expenditures, analyze costs, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Regularly prepare cost analysis reports, providing insights and recommendations for management decisions.
• Allocate monthly expenses, coordinate with production and sales on work-in-progress and finished products, and report on discrepancies for accurate cost allocation.
• Manage accounting and control of company costs, set cost budgets, and determine expected profit.
• Assist various departments with cost accounting and issue cost, expense, and planning indicators.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Min. 6 years of experience in manufacturing handling Accounting, Finance, Tax including Cost Accounting, with at least 3 years in Managerial level, managing a team.
• Able to use Accounting Software (Accurate, SAP or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
