Accounting Manager/Dept. Head

As a Manager/Dept. Head of Accounting, you will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting operations of the company:

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Optimizing financial performance and supporting business growth
• Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and risk management
• Providing strategic financial guidance to director/senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (any major, preferably in Accounting or Economics)
• Experience as accounting manager in a manufacturing company
• Strong understanding of financial reporting (IFRS), budgeting, cash flow management, and taxation (Brevet C certified is an advantage)
• Negotiation skills in tax disputes
• Experienced in audit, reconciliation, and cost control
• Proficient in financial accounting systems and software (SAP, Accurate, or similar)
• Language: English (mandatory), Japanese (nice-to-have)
