Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join the team at PT Visionet Data Internasional. In this full-time role based in Banten, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's accounting and reporting processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, and accounting reporting
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports for management and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to drive efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting insights and support business decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the accounting function

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in an accounting managerial role, preferably in the accounting and reporting domain
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) is preferred
