Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience as Accounting Supervisor or Finance Supervisor.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Proficiency in using basic accounting software.
Able to work with mobile activity (Ciracas and Karang Tengah Tangerang).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Post journal entries and ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
Proficiency in costing inventory process.
Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Generate and distribute customer invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy.
Monitor and collect payments, reconcile account discrepancies, and handle disputes.
Maintain reconciliation between bank statements and sales receipts.
Prepare and analyze daily/monthly accounts receivable reports for management.
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely recording of transactions to maintain proper accounting records.
Address customer inquiries regarding payment-related issues.
