Job description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle the company’s daily cash and bank transactions.
  2. Process bank deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and remittances.
  3. Regularly reconcile cash and bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
  4. Timely record cash and bank transactions in journals.
  5. Maintain good relationships with banks and handle related business operations.

Invoice and Receipt Management

  1. Responsible for issuing and managing various receipts and invoices.
  2. Verify, record, and safely store invoices to ensure compliance.
  3. Handle bank acceptance bills, checks, and other financial instruments.

Daily Financial Transactions

  1. Record daily store or company cash inflows and outflows and prepare financial reports.
  2. Perform timely reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate.
  3. Assist accountants with financial reconciliation and report preparation.
  4. Process employee reimbursements and verify the legitimacy and accuracy of supporting documents.

Salary and Expense Payments

  1. Manage payroll, bonuses, and allowances for employees.
  2. Ensure timely payments to suppliers, rent, utilities, and other expenses.
  3. Verify payment vouchers to ensure compliance with company policies.
  4. Organize and maintain financial records, including contracts, bank receipts, and supporting documents.
  5. Periodically sort and bind financial vouchers to ensure completeness and safety.
  6. Assist with audits by providing the required financial documents.

Tax-related Matters

  1. Assist in tax declarations and payments.
  2. Manage daily tax invoicing and filing tasks.
  3. Maintain communication with tax authorities to ensure tax compliance.

Internal Financial Supervision and Support

  1. Assist the finance manager in monitoring cash flow.
  2. Provide financial data support to aid management in decision-making.
  3. Identify and promptly report any financial irregularities.

Other Financial Tasks

  1. Assist with other financial tasks assigned by superiors, such as fund allocation and external financial coordination.
  2. Participate in process improvements to enhance work efficiency and accuracy.
