Accountant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily bookkeeping and data entry, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
2. Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
3. Reconcile bank accounts and contribute to the month-end and year-end closing activities.
4. Update and maintain accounting records such as journals, ledgers, and other financial documents.
5. Process accounts payable and receivable, including creating invoices, verifying transactions, and resolving any discrepancies.
6. Assist with tax filing preparation and ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time.
7. Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance position.
3. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
5. Ability to analyze financial data and generate comprehensive reports.
6. Proficient in both English and Indonesian, with strong communication skills.
7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
8. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
10. Knowledge of tax reporting and LPKM reporting would be an advantage but not a requirement.

Applicants with proven tax and OSS experience may be eligible for higher pay. Office location is in Sanur.
