Accountant

Hello We are one of Restaurant in Canggu area,

We are looking for our new member of Accountant.

Qualification :

• Min. 1 years’ experience as Accountant
• Can Speak English fluently
• Experienced handling payment and financial report
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial record keeping
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of financial software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Responsibility :

• Daily Duties: Arrive at work and review the previous day’s shift, verifying receipts and ensuring all amounts are correctly recorded on the balance.
• Check and monitor all incoming invoices.
• Prepare daily payments alongside the general manager, with all approved transactions processed once a day at 4 PM.
• Manage and track the payment schedule, ensuring timely payments for taxes, BPJS, and other obligations.
• Enter daily expenses into the Finolog system, ensuring accurate financial allocation and reporting.
• Team Management: Supervise subordinates (2 person), assign tasks, and review their work.
• Additional Tasks: Verify payroll and prepare the PLN report.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM;
