Account Support - Telesales

Online Community Responsibilities:

1. Engage Tier 3-5 agents via WhatsApp and Telesales.
2. Count engagement based on message read status and agent replies.
3. Share new product information, benefits of tier upgrades, promotions, and upcoming events.
4. Invite potential agents to the WhatsApp group community.
5. Invite agents to online classes.
6. Report engagement via shared Google Form.
7. Share findings during the online touch the next day in the morning briefing session with the sales manager.
8. Target: 1000 online touches per day (through chat and phone calls).

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree (S1) is required.
• Experience in Telesales for at least 1 year.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in leading and motivating teams.
• Must have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital applications relevant to fieldwork and reporting.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork, with readiness to conduct routine daily visits and manage online community engagement.
• Must own a private vehicle and have in-depth knowledge of the local city area for efficient visit activities.
• Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Gender: Male/Female.
• Age: 22 and above.
