Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor sales and marketing plans to achieve targets, visibility, and brand engagement
  • Develop and execute account specific plans, ensuring strong relationships with business partners
  • Identify new sales opportunities, upsell/cross sell, and drive new business acquisition
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure timely deal closures
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize results
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with client needs
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and pricing to refine sales strategies
  • Proactively resolve client issues and overcome barriers to sales success

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Sales Manager or in a sales role within a similar industry
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
