ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Manager (AM) for Process Solutions is responsible for achieving sales goals by successfully positioning and selling products and services in the Process Solutions portfolio to existing and new accounts in a specified field territory or digital coverage area. The job involves utilizing digital marketing tools and existing databases to engage and qualify new and existing customers. The AM deeply understands their territory, the customer pipeline, projects, strategy, and goals. The AM coordinates resources, manages the sales process, and works to seed new products and increase the share of wallet for accounts within their scope of responsibility. This role works closely as a team with Customer Application, Global Strategic Accounts & TSS colleagues.
