Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with Pertamina Head Office person in charge, with a focus on networking of top industry players to drive business growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets, aligning solutions with the specific needs from Pertamina.
Collaborate with Pertamina to address operational challenges, optimise processes, and provide innovative, value-added solutions, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while managing renewals and compliance, particularly with high-value contracts in the oil and gas sector.
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a competitive advantage in key downstream markets.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the downstream sector (oil, gas, refining, petrochemicals) or other industry sectors.
Strong network with Pertamina Head Office person in charge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with Pertamina decision-makers.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, able to secure mutually beneficial contracts and resolve operational issues.
