Account Manager - Marketplace Enabler (Everpro)

Job Descriptions

1. Conduct competitor analysis for promotions and initiatives.
2. Develop and implement campaign strategies, including product nominations, pricing, vouchers, and more.
3. Implement and optimize advertising campaigns.
4. Perform price scraping for similar products to determine optimal product price positioning.
5. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
6. Research the effectiveness of banner clicks and assess customer experience during shopping.
7. Perform keyword research for product titles.

Job Requirements

1. Over 2 years of experience in marketplace operations or account management.
2. Familiarity with marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Tiktok Shop; experience in operating an online store is a significant advantage.
3. Proficiency with Google Suites (G-Sheet, Slides, Docs).
4. Ability to manage deliverables and meet expectations within tight SLAs.
5. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Possess a strong can-do attitude and ability to execute tasks quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.
