Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to communicate with Indonesian speaking customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.
  • Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and objection handling.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to work separately and manage multiple projects, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

About the Job:

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will work with customers in Digital Natives focused on the Travel Vertical to help protect and grow in-quarter business, identifying customers' needs and translating the objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization and troubleshooting, product adoption and core account hygiene.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the understanding of advertising to manage customers in Digital Natives, focusing on the Travel Vertical.
  • Identify customer needs and translating the objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization, campaign expansion, product adoption and account hygiene.
  • Craft and execute a tactical plan for managed accounts, identifying the right solutions to meet the business objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns according to customer needs in order to promote long-term growth and help troubleshoot customer issues.
