Account Manager (IT Industry)

About the role

PT Widya Solusi Utama is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with current clients through new products or services
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market insights
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to identify new business leads

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account management or sales-focused role, preferably within the IT industry
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic account management
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in using data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
