Job Description:

• Achieve personal or branch sales targets according to the targets set by the company with high profitability on Corporate Financing (Heavy Equipment/Factoring/Working Capital).
• Ensure credit approval has a low level of risk to the level of security and optimal loan repayment in accordance with credit approval matrix.
• Manage good relationships with customers and suppliers to provide the best financial solutions.
• Ensure the credit acquisition process is prudent to maintain good asset quality.
• Handle heavy equipment financing and corporate debtors.
• Manage and achieve business target estimated minimum 100 Bio/year.

Requirement(s):

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the same field as Senior Marketing.
• Maximum age is 35 years old.
• Good knowledge in leasing and multi-finance industry is preferable.
• Good credit analysis, quick response, and service orientation.
• Good in English, negotiation skills, selling skills, and account management.
