Job description

As an Account Manager at PT. DVI SOLUSI TEKNOLOGI, you will play a key role in managing and expanding strategic client relationships. Based at our South Jakarta office, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored technology solutions, and ensuring outstanding service. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals passionate about client success and business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts
  2. Understand client objectives and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions
  3. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  4. Lead contract renewals and secure new business deals
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project and service delivery
  6. Monitor account performance and provide insights through regular reports
  7. Support the development and execution of account strategies
  8. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  9. Own and achieve sales KPIs and account targets

Requirements

  1. Proven success in account management or B2B sales (preferably in the tech or service industry)
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Confident negotiator and proactive problem-solver
  4. Skilled in using data to identify trends and opportunities
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  7. Understanding of Audio-Visual (AV) products and services
  8. Awareness of market trends in the AV and tech industry
  9. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  10. Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deals
  11. The ideal candidate should combine a strong sales background with solid technical knowledge of AV solutions
