Aon is currently recruiting an Account Manager Health Solutions to join our Aon Indonesia Insurance Brokers team in Jakarta.

The Opportunity

The Account Manager is responsible for the whole process of renewal exercise including day-to-day services with the existing clients.

  • Meeting and preparing the presentation with the client upon renewal period which presents the client’s current benefits, claim analysis, terms and conditions comparison, and any data insights that add value and awareness to the client’s needs.
  • Delivering value added with insurance expertise to the clients.
  • Focus on performing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for significant deals within assigned accounts, while also addressing customer challenges.

Responsibilities

Client Ownership

  • Voice of Deliver Aon United (DAU) across Health Solutions.
  • Hold direct client relationships with all Corporate clients' premium ±IDR 5bio and any high-touch regional/global clients.
  • Constantly identify valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively, influencing sales, and enhancing client retention and roll-over.
  • Perform as a knowledge resource, providing technical and/or operational expertise regarding key accounts including coordination with carriers, colleagues, regional, and global teams.
  • Manage and provide high-quality broking services to our existing clients.
  • Achieve a positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value propositions to increase overall partnership position.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and build new business relations.

Growth and Sales

  • Key leadership role in the design and delivery of client and revenue growth plans for Client Management Team.
  • Contribute to a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
  • Formal review of major bids and tenders across the team.

Operational Excellence

  • Work with Head of Account Management to create sustainable divisional growth plans, Local Market Planning (LMP), and management of Aon Connect discipline.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders including local market colleagues, regional, and global teams.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs are achieved.
  • Establish processes, measuring for monitoring, maintaining, and improving standards that are consistent with Aon’s Code of Business Conduct.
  • Implement Aon initiatives including but not limited to consulting and advisory, tools, and technology.

Leadership

  • Ensure that the objectives are aligned with the overall Health Solutions strategy, that performance is satisfactory, and that necessary actions are taken continually to develop capability.
  • Deliver counsel and execution support to clients and colleagues, supporting retention and revenue growth objectives of the team.
  • Build trusted relationships with the leadership of other solution lines that facilitate and encourage collaboration and Aon United opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Be an active participant and contributor to the local Health Solutions Leadership and Commercial forums (as required).
  • Contribute to various Health Solutions APAC initiatives and other leadership forums (as required).
  • Contribute to client solutions development in Indonesia.
  • Connect the local country teams with regional colleagues, to bring the best of Aon to our clients and prospects.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your Manager and members of the Regional Leadership Team.
  • Maintain a continual professional development standard through Aon University and any other industry-driven licensing or educational requirements.
  • Ongoing adherence to the Aon values.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Vast network within the employee benefits team in Indonesia.
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
