Job Description

1. Customer Relationship Management:
   
   1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the food industry.
   2. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
   3. Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
2. Sales and Business Development:
   
   1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
   2. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively.
   3. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise profitability.
3. Product Knowledge:
   
   1. Maintain a deep understanding of our food ingredient products and their applications.
   2. Provide technical support and advice to customers.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales or account management within the food ingredients industry that focuses on developing savoury natural food flavor.
3. Have strong network with various food manufacturing companies.
4. Strong understanding of the food ingredient market and supply chain.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
