We’re growing and looking for talented individuals to fill the Account Executive - Surabaya position in our company!

Job Description

  1. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication using solid arguments.
  2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
  3. Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  4. Present new products to prospective clients.
  5. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM.
  6. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  7. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Job Requirements

  1. Successfully meeting sales targets.
  2. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  3. Proficient in English.
  4. Continuously improve through feedback.
  5. Experienced with handling government deals.
  6. Having a customer success mindset.
