Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all business account management matters
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  5. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  6. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  7. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  8. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

  1. BA/BS degree in Business Administration
  2. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager
  3. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive or owner
  4. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. Want to learn about digital marketing and B2B business
  7. Have a laptop and vehicle (motorbike)
  8. Having English skills
