• Analyze & monitor sellers' operational performance.
• Record and escalate issues of system & operations.
• Conduct seller visits, with the ability to do upselling.
• Execute ways to help grow SPX sellers' orders.
• Able to support seller needs during Super Brand Day and Campaigns (connecting necessary information for SPX operation needs).

Key/must-have Requirement

• Bachelor's degree, with 1 year or more experience in managing clients.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Fast learner, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced company.
• Highly organized & dependable.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
