Account Executive (Pasar Rebo Office)

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia & English (Excellent in both verbal and written communication), Korean / Japanese is a plus.
3. At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Required Skill(s): advertising, digital, strategic marketing planning, budgeting, presentation.
5. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
6. Preferably experienced in the retail field.
7. Outgoing and congenial personality.
8. Fast to adapt & eager to learn.
9. Take on challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Team Leader daily with project and client management.
2. Oversee the development and progress of project mock-ups, including flyers and catalogs for clients.
3. Update clients on the status of project mock-ups and any changes.
4. Review and verify product descriptions, prices, units, and other related details.
5. Develop a one-month media and social media content plan for clients.
6. Coordinate content briefings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), regional media, and other digital platforms.
7. Track and report on collaboration results, including digital content performance on Instagram and TikTok.
8. Update sales data in the Accurate system.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, ATL, BTL, Creative, etc.) and communicate with external vendors when developing proposals.
10. Coordinate with the Team Leader and Finance Team to develop and manage administrative tasks, reports, and client invoicing.
