About the role

As an Account Executive Officer at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. This is a contract role based in Jakarta, where you will play a vital role in driving business growth and client satisfaction for the company.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively managing and enhancing relationships
• Understand client needs and goals, and develop customised solutions to meet their requirements
• Negotiate and facilitate contract renewals, escalating any issues or concerns as needed
• Identify new business opportunities within your accounts and collaborate with the sales team to secure additional contracts
• Provide regular updates on account activity, performance metrics and growth strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably within the logistics or e-commerce industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
