Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with franchisees.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and visits to franchise locations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Keep franchisees informed about company policies, updates, and new initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of franchisees.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for franchisees.
  • Support franchisees in implementing new business strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in account management or client relations, preferably within the franchising industry.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, including sales, marketing, and financial management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with franchisees or attend industry events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
  • Hybrid Working Arrangement (4 Days WFH and 1 Day WFO).
