Job description
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with franchisees.
Conduct regular check-ins and visits to franchise locations to understand their needs and challenges.
Keep franchisees informed about company policies, updates, and new initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of franchisees.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for franchisees.
Support franchisees in implementing new business strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in account management or client relations, preferably within the franchising industry.
Strong understanding of franchise operations, including sales, marketing, and financial management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with franchisees or attend industry events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
Hybrid Working Arrangement (4 Days WFH and 1 Day WFO).
