Account Executive

General Description
Responsible for managing Evermos digipro Apps reseller from top to bottom funnel such as onboard new digipro reseller with 0 transaction to do first transaction; retain existing reseller especially loyal reseller to transact on Evermos; handle reseller inquiries and complaints (to be raised to related stakeholders) delivered especially on Whatsapp group. This group of Apps reseller consist of: reguler Evermos reseller and workspace Evermos reseller: Special Price Reseller and D2C Reseller.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle onboarding process for new Digipro leads, ensuring a smooth first transaction experience.
2. Analyze historical transaction data (product preference, voucher usage, etc.) to generate insights and provide recommendations for improving future transactions.
3. Monitor and manage Digipro Apps resellers, particularly through WhatsApp groups, ensuring engagement and compliance.
4. Handle and resolve inquiries and complaints from Digipro Apps resellers, escalating complex cases to relevant stakeholders.
5. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and loyal resellers, ensuring high retention rates.
6. Manage Digipro program & campaign from initiation to execution process, including exposure process across all channels: main banner apps, banner digipro, ELDP, push notif, blast Whatsapp.
7. Prepare and provide detailed weekly reports on Digipro Apps transactions to direct supervisors, highlighting key performance metrics.
8. Compile and send monthly reports of Sedekah Harian program to all donatur.
9. Collaborate closely with other departments such as Tech, Operations, NBI, SBU Evermos to support business objectives.

Job Qualifications

1. Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 year of experience in billing payment/PPOB.
3. Proven expertise in handling billing payment/PPOB transaction.
4. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and improve processes.
6. Graphic design skills are preferred.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
