Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Informatics System/Sales and Marketing/Communication/Public Relations.
2. Maximum 40 years old.
3. Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Key Account Relation (preferably from IT/Logistic/related industry).
4. Experience in sales, client relationship management, and strategic account growth.
5. Excellent communication, strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and time management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, good attitude, and personality.
8. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
9. Having an active driving license.
10. Will be placed in Pos Pengumben, West Jakarta.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new, and upcoming projects.
2. Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
3. Establish and build strong working relationships with strategic clients.
4. Expand existing customer needs by proposing solutions other than basic solutions.
5. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
6. Strategically review sales contracts and annual agreements of existing customers and close deals.
7. Maintain and grow sales by identifying new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
8. Enhance customer product knowledge about updates through workshops.
