Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee the company’s financial records and transactions.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Handle payroll processing and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Implement HR policies, company regulations, and employee benefits.
Process payroll, maintain attendance records, and manage leave policies.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, payroll management, and tax regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Language: Mandarin and English.
