Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee the company’s financial records and transactions.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handle payroll processing and tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Implement HR policies, company regulations, and employee benefits.
  • Process payroll, maintain attendance records, and manage leave policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, payroll management, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Language: Mandarin and English.
