Main Responsibilities
Lead and deploy full 360 degrees marketing plan for Zwitsal’s projects, aiming to get huge talkability that can also drive incremental business.
Create analysis from consumer insights on how to strengthen Zwitsal’s performance in the market.
Lead innovation plan from crafting the mix until launching it in the market.
Help lead cross-functional teams including Finance, Consumer and Market Insights, R&D, Supply Chain to ensure successful project implementation.
Develop strategy and business model including pilot execution for new channels, social marketing or medical/professional channel.
Regularly assess consumer insights and competitors movements and explore key opportunities accordingly.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree.
2 years+ in Brand Building/Brand Development in FMCG (below 3 years are welcome if they have related working experiences to deliver Marketing (Brand) project(s)).
Skills
Able to demonstrate a deep sense of creativity and logic, ambition, organizational and analytical skills, along with a desire to make things happen through a can-do attitude.
Good project management skills, high numeracy, and data analysis for insight development.
A passion for brands and a sense of curiosity in understanding the people we serve at a deeper level.
Resilience, team orientation, and the ability to navigate through ambiguous and complex situations.
The ability to work confidently with multiple cross-functional teams across geographies, with strong communication, good presentation skills, and stakeholder influencing abilities.
