Job Purpose
As the market leader in Ice Cream market, Wall’s has been spreading happiness to Indonesians by providing delicious Ice Cream in different formats and flavours. Wall’s Masterbrand is the guardian of the brands including a few strong brands, such as Feast, Populaire and some other exciting innovations, namely Feast Pop, Walls Cookies & Cream and Walls Oreo, contributes to 40% to Total Wall’s and is the backbone and growth engine of Ice Cream Indonesia.
In response to the rise of competitors, Wall’s Masterbrand is here to keep defending the leadership of the brands through purposeful and meaningful brand. Gaining the trust of our brands and building the habit of eating ice cream for Indonesian through breakthrough MDM strategy are the main objective for 2025. Main Responsibilities
- Understand the Ice Cream competitive landscape and assist in building the brand MDM strategy, as the growth driver of Wall’s.
- Act as the guardian of the brand through Brand Guidelines implementation in both ATL & BTL.
- Lead Wall’s IDN social media strategy and executions.
- Lead Campaign Development and Executions for Wall’s Masterbrand Campaigns.
- Lead OTIF NPD deployments as the key to Portfolio Transformation.
- Lead Wall’s Brand power Performance by strengthening MDS Pillar.
- Ensure an efficient product mix for CD distribution.
- Collaborate with cross functions (especially CCD and OOH team) in activating OOH channel to keep building the habit of eating ice cream.
- Align with Regional & Global Team to drive innovations and communication strategy.

Experience & Qualification
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- 3-4 years’ experience in Brand Marketing (4-5 years overall).
- Hunger to learn & succeed.
- High growth mindset.
BUSINESS SKILLS:
- Good business acumen with end-to-end understanding to P&L and operations.
- Driven team player with passion for growth.
- Strategic Influencing with cross functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills for managing complex networks (local and import products).
