3D Animator & Video Editor

We are a creative team dedicated to producing high-quality, engaging visual content for children. We're seeking a talented 3D Animator & Video Editor to join us in our Ubud, Bali office and contribute to our growing library of animated content.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. 3D Animation: Conceptualize and create visually compelling 3D animated sequences from provided creative briefs.
2. Develop and refine character animations, ensuring fluid and expressive movements.
3. Design and build detailed 3D environments and assets.
4. Maintain a high level of artistic quality and consistency throughout all animation projects.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in integrating AI assisted animation workflows.
6. Video Editing: Assemble and edit animated sequences into polished final videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
7. Incorporate sound design, music, and voiceovers to enhance the storytelling.
8. Ensure seamless transitions and maintain consistent pacing throughout the videos.
9. Optimize videos for online platforms, ensuring high-quality playback.
10. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop visual concepts.
11. Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the overall creative direction.
12. Manage project timelines and meet deadlines effectively.
13. Be adaptable to feedback and changes.
14. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D).
15. Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
16. Familiarity with animation principles and techniques.
17. Experience using AI video and animation tools.
18. Creative Abilities: Strong understanding of visual storytelling and character development.
19. Ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual content.
