2D Anime Illustrator

Megaxus is looking for a 2D artist who creates 2D anime-style illustrations to develop a unique identity for various game titles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality anime-style artwork, including characters, environments/backgrounds, within tight deadlines.
• Ensure that the artwork follows the specified art direction.
• Touch up and modify existing artwork.
• Add lighting and shading effects to various graphic elements, ensuring color, intensity, and lighting levels consistency.
• Implement feedback from the art lead by making appropriate changes to the artwork.

Requirements:

• Applicants must provide a link to their portfolio.
• Proficient in using a drawing tablet.
• Expert in Clip Studio Paint and Adobe Photoshop.
• Diploma in relevant field or equivalent.
• Adaptability to different graphic styles is a plus (anime, cartoon, realistic, pixel, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of line and form, color and light, human anatomy, architectural design, and environmental drawing.
• High creativity.
• Knowledgeable in contemporary media (animation, web, games, comics, film, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with other artists and team members.
• Open-minded and outward-looking.
• Organized and efficient.
